First time buyers
The FIRST TIME you use our service (and ONLY the first time) you can either fill out our member information questionnaire available on this website and submit it electronically to us online OR you can telephone our office and provide us with the name of the physician who has given you your medical marijuana Recommendation and the telephone number or online verification service used by your physician.
We will then verify your eligibility to receive medical marijuana. Once we have verified your eligibility, we will telephone you to take your order.
When our delivery person arrives, you will need to provide him/her with a photocopy of BOTH your physician’s Recommendation AND a photocopy of your
valid CA Driver License or CA Identification Card before receiving care. Lastly, the delivery person will have you join our collective before the transaction begins by signing our membership agreement. Please note, these steps above are necessary to comply with California medical marijuana law.
Once you are loaded into our system, no further paperwork will be necessary until your physician Recommendation Letter expires, at which time we will need a copy of the new one to continue your service-- just as all dispensaries are required by state law. However, EACH AND EVERY TIME we make a delivery, it is necessary for our delivery person to see your valid California Driver License or ID—just as all dispensaries are required by state law.
Please note, ONLY the patient on the ID can take delivery of the medicine.

Do I have to provide paperwork each and every time I use your service?
Once you are loaded in our system, all that will be necessary is a VALID California Driver License or ID presented to the delivery person at the time of service.
Can I place my order online without telephoning your office?
For the safety of our delivery personal, we require all orders be placed over the telephone.
Who are the delivery drivers? What do they wear? Are they discreet?
Our deliver drivers are professionals trained to be very discreet. They wear professional clothing including a button down shirt, tie and slacks.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We attempt to make all deliveries within one hour of your telephone order. Please be aware, it can take up to two hours—but we strive to get your medicine to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Do I need to be present when the delivery arrives, or can someone else accept delivery?
The person who ordered the medicine is the ONLY person to whom we can deliver. And that person MUST have his/her valid California Driver License or California ID available before the transaction can be begin. NO FAMILY, RELATIVES OR FRIENDS CAN TAKE DELIVERY OF MEDICINE in lieu of the person who has the medical marijuana Recommendation.
Do you have a store where I can pick up my medicine?
Why wait in lines at a store when you can have your medicine delivered to you in the comfort of your own home. But, no, we are a delivery only collective.
Where can I see pictures of your medicine in stock?
Pictures of our inventory are available online through this website. Look for the MENU tab. You will need a code to access this page. Please call us for your code.
What is the minimum amount of medical marijuana that I can order? And what is the maximum?
We offer FREE delivery for orders of a quarter ounce or more. For orders less than a quarter ounce, there is typically a $5 deliver charge. But this money goes directly to the driver as a tip. We encourage you to tip our drivers if you are so inclined. We also do comply with requirements under California law with respect to the maximum amount you may have in your possession. Under Proposition 215, you may have up to 8 oz. of medical marijuana in your possession unless you have medical verification that you require more. Please refer to Proposition 215 for more specifics.
What is your delivery area?
We deliver within a 10 mile radius of Beverly Hills.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
California sales tax is already included in the price.
Is your medicine the same high quality as my local dispensary?
Yes! We are cannabis experts, and demand the highest quality and most stringent standards from our growers. All medicine is organic.
Does a portion of WeDeliverWeed’s annual profit get donated to local animal rescue non-profit organizations?
Yes, we give five percent of our annual operating surplus to Los Angeles based non-profit animal rescue organizations.
Am I allowed to give or sell the product I buy from you to anyone else?
NO! Under California law, use of medical marijuana is for patients who have their written doctor recommendations only. Patients acknowledge and agree that they will use it for their own personal use and will not sell it to others. Caregivers, however, who have their own verified letters of recommendation may provide product to another patient with a valid letter recommendation.
Is possession in California legal under Federal law?
No. Possession, cultivation and use of marijuana, even for medical purposes, and even with a doctor’s recommendation, are still illegal under Federal law. The state of California however supports the use of medical marijuana.
Your website name is funny. What is the collectives’ real name?
WeDeliverWeed.com website is wholly owned by JP Health Delivery Inc, a mutual benefit non profit corporation, in full compliance with California SB420 and Prop 215 dedicated to providing our members with the highest quality medical marijuana strains available anywhere delivered to them in the convenience and comfort of their home.
